Hosted by Linda Wattley – With special Guest, Sharel E. Gordon-Love
We live our lives thinking we know people. But sometimes, we really have no idea who someone is. We know they are kind, giving, caring and patient people and we enjoy their presence. This is how I felt when I met Sharel E. Gordon-Love. It was not until I read her most recent book, “LIMITLESS THROUGH MY LIMITEDNESS” I learned she was so much more than that.
Sharel E. Gordon-Love is an author, speaker, and freelance content editor who is a a survivor of domestic violence and a two-time cancer survivor. She personally advocates for both in her writing and speaking engagements. Sharel is also a licensed evangelist in the Church of God in Christ, where she, along with family, attend New Reid Temple COGIC, in East Orange, New Jersey.
Currently, she has her own publishing company, a unique and special place to publish your first of many more books. “ASP, After the Storm Publishing, is where you will find stories that will inspire, uplift, and encourage. It has recently added a new addition “ASP for Kids”.
Today, Sharel Gordon-Love’s passion to help others took her out of her Christian Fiction safety zone into a powerful, soulful and spirit-filled memoir of her life’s journey beginning with the words of her physician, “Do you have a surgeon?” Her life was never the same. “LIMITLESS THROUGH MY LIMITEDNESS” is a must read. Pain, surgeries, diseases, cancer, immobility, and so many medications she could have started her own pharmacy is just a general idea of this profound journey where God reveals His bottom line.
After suffering through domestic violence and numerous health issues, which one would she had chosen if she had a choice. Surprisingly, Sharel said she would choose numerous of health issues because domestic violence does far more damage than cancer. She would rather suffer daily with pain than to face the monster of domestic violence. Ladies hear her take on this it just might save your life.
