What if you knew our Nation’s Warriors were unjustly convicted and wrongfully imprisoned? Did you know our Nation’s Warriors are unjustly convicted of “War Crimes” and wrongfully imprisoned?
Our dedicated Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines, who volunteered to go into harm’s way to serve us, suffer gross miscarriages of justice by career prosecutors abusing the system in the following ways:
Rights: Our Warriors are denied the Rights they serve to support and defend by military prosecutors who deny them the rights contained in the 5th and 6th Amendments to our US Constitution.
Evidence: Juries are not provided information which can be used to defend and exonerate our Warriors of guilt and which can result in reduced charges or a lesser sentence. Military prosecutors fail to share that which they must by US Law, “exculpatory evidence,” and prevent juries from hearing “mitigating factors” and “extenuating circumstances.”
Enemy Combatants: military prosecutors fly enemy bomb-makers and enemy combatants as witnesses, on commercial airlines with US citizens on board, to America to testify against our Warriors. We are still at war and our enemies have a vested interest in making false allegations to harm American Warriors. Military prosecutors should not be aiding our Nation’s enemies.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
