Vinnie Howard was born and raised in Bronx, New York. He joined the United States Marine Corps and earned the title Marine at Parris Island on 18 August 1982. Vinnie attended the Communication Center Operator’s School at 29 Palms and was next stationed on Okinawa with the 3rd Recon Battalion.

He has deployed to the Philippines and Guam while serving aboard the USS Fresno. Vinnie was stationed at 8Th Communications Battalion at Camp Lejeune, N.C. Vinnie attended BN NCO School; NBC Decontamination School; and Satellite School.

He served upon the USS Iwo Jima and was attached to 2nd Radio Battalion as a Satellite Operator for two deployments to Germany. Vinnie was Honorably Discharged on 5 May 86, relocated to Minnesota in 1990 and Joined the Marine Corps League on 10 November 2007.

He held many elected positions and became involved with Active Duty/Reserve Marine Units and many Veterans organizations in Minnesota.

He is active in Poolee Mentoring, presented Eagle Scout Awards, rendered honors at more than 88 Marine Funerals, color guards, honor guards, fund-raising, VA Hospital visits and Toys for Tots.

Vinnie joined Marine Corps League Detachment 513 in Brevard County, Florida where he is in his second tour as Detachment Commandant. He was appointed as the Department of Florida Eagle Scout Liaison, was elected as the 2018 Detachment Marine of the Year and is involved with the Young Marines Program.

Bill Muckler is a long-time contributor is The Liberty Beacon Project and has appeared on numerous TLB radio and TV shows. Bill entered the USMC Officer Candidate Course in Quantico, VA upon graduation and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant; spent four and one-half years on active duty, and then eleven years as a Ready Reservist. He holds the permanent rank of Captain and held a Top Secret Security Clearance.

As an entrepreneur, Bill founded Muckler Typographic Corporation in St. Louis, MO. He was the owner and operator of that small business which provided typography services for Ad Agencies, Art Studios, Printers and Lithographers for ten years.

Bill has been a Work Process Management Consultant for 40 years and eventually an owner and director of his consultancy. His firm assessed business operations, conducted management and leadership training, and implemented process solutions as a problem solver in energy, mining, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, assembly, technology, food processing, health care and communications at more than 300 locations over the past 40 years.

Bill has three children: Angela, Christa and Christian; five grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He has lived in St. Louis, Columbia, Ferguson and St. Charles in Missouri. Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii. Panama City, Marco Island, St. Augustine and Cocoa, Florida. He has worked in, visited or travelled to 45 states, eleven countries and numerous islands in many seas.
