Annie M Johnson was born in Melbourne Florida, raised in Chicago, and now resides in Lansing Illinois. From an early age, she has loved to read any and everything she could get her hands on. She remembers saying often after reading books, I can do that, I can write a book. Proving the theory that you can speak things into existence and not even know what you are doing.

It was not until after being laid off from a major company that she asked God what it is that He would have her do next. The very short answer that she received was, write. She looked around the room to see whom it was that God was talking to while hoping that he would elaborate on that brief answer. She was the only one in the room and so she determined that He was talking to her.

Annie’s first book was published in 2005 titled, Favor. She didn’t write again until 2014. She has written and published six more books, has several works-in-progress included turning one of her books into a movie script.
