Hosted by: Rick Amitin

Okay, most of us have some stress in our lives. It’s not enough to wish it away. Stress usually doesn’t obey commands very well either…Leave, now! Nope, still here. Ignoring stress also fails as an action plan. Dr. Jessica provides realistic and practical strategies for dealing with the chaos of everyday life.

In her newly released book, Master Guide To Stress: How To Survive In A World Full Of Chaos Dr. Jessica takes a no-nonsense straightforward approach to the inner workings of stress. She writes with a familiarity that gives you the feeling you’re being invited to pull up a chair at your best friends kitchen table. She exposes the undeniable details of stress in a very digestible manner. Leaving little to the imagination.

From the ridiculous charge to manhandle this challenger, Dr. Jessica opens up our understanding that control is a myth. The insider information of empowerment here is management. Expounding on the reality of mindfulness and meditation she guides us into being aware of what is going on inside us. Don’t get spooked…no woo woo methodologies or mystic ideology pills are being peddled. Just the refreshing truth with insights on how to deal with it all.

Most of us commoners are unprepared and ill-equipped to recognize, let alone teach, this rude predator some grace and manners. Thankfully, Dr. Jessica is on a mission to create and provide critical resources that can be accessed affordably by the average man and woman. If you know that you are someone that requires a deep dive into complicated issues before you can find the light at the end of the tunnel, then by all means, seek the services of a local professional. But, if you would just like to get some tools to tame this tiger you will find her book and website invaluable.

Dr. Jessica Borushok is a psychologist in supervised practice, author, trainer, and all around self-improvement enthusiast. Originally from the States, Jessica lives in Ontario, Canada where she works in private practice helping those who are struggling and travels abroad giving training to other mental health professionals throughout North America.
