Internationally-known Second Amendment Author and Marine Veteran tells In the Crosshairs we ought to be eternally vigilant in defense of our civil rights.
“Freedom isn’t free – we have to keep it alive”
… said Rev. Kenneth V.F. Blanchard, who is the creator of the “Black Man with a Gun” blog and podcast which is a weekly program that focuses on inspiring, informing and entertaining the people inside the gun community.
“Don’t sleep on it and think someone is going to take care of it themselves”
… said Blanchard, who is a firearm instructor and former police officer.
“Put boots on the ground.”
“Get off the couch. Put your TV on DVD record, and go and do something for the rest of the country”
… he continued.
“We have to fight for the freedoms we have.”
The Baptist preacher describes how the news and media has been using firearms as a scary, sound-bite prop, for as long as he can remember. Yet evil exists without firearms, he said.
“We have a society that is egotistical and godless; that people would choose to take life, the most precious thing you can have.”
Blanchard said …
“Anyone who gives you a firearm is your friend; anyone who tries to take it away is your enemy.”

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … TLB
